I have been a freelance/full time web designer for roughly 6 years now, during that time I have worked for companies such as Microbits and Copperwire and currently freelancing. With Copperwire I was responsible for managing the web division, where I would not only maintain the company website but also approach other companies and provide them with website solutions.
Due to a change with Copperwire's company structure and some health problems I had the opportunity to become a freelancer in Web Design. With my health back on track I look forward to doing more projects and/or finding a creative team environment where I could be a valuable asset to any design company.
To be one of Adelaide’s best web designers is a dream I have held since I completed a Certificate 4 in Applied Design: Interactive Multimedia in 2002. I am very passionate about my work and constantly push my skills and abilities to make aesthetically pleasing and easy to use websites for my clients and to obtain my goal.
I thoroughly enjoy designing visual layouts and using my digital art skills to offer all customers a unique and individual website. Some of my major clients include: the rising shoe designer Mary-Kyri, Phone Xpress, Zak Australia and Eagle Aviations.
Digital art has become more of a hobby in the last 3 years and is now proving to have very rewarding experiences. A piece called "My Stage" was chosen to go in a annual publication of Expose, published by Ballistic Publishing in 2006. You can find out more about the book here www.ballisticpublishing.com. The book is very prestigious to those among the CG art community, and only the best of the best can be found amongst its pages. I feel very honored to have my artwork in the book.
With finished digital art pieces I submit them to digital design / art communities like CGSociety.org and artismurder.com where designers from around the world can comment on my work. In November 2006 I was chosen as one of the Hot Portfolio's on CGSociety.org and a link to my portfolio was included in the weekly newsletter (distributed to over 200,00 users worldwide) as well as a massive display on their portfolio page. During the week I was featured I received over 10,000 hits on my portfolio.
